The unique design of our Turn-Assist system allows it to be deployed on CNC turning machines of all brands (both existing and new machines).

The interface of the Turn-Assist system is characterised by its user-friendliness. It was created from the point of view of CNC operators and no specific robot knowledge is required to use it. Every work piece can be set up in less than 5 minutes.

Compactness and convenient placing

Due to the unique inclined set-up of the Robot, the machine-opening remains fully accessible to the operator; the shavings tray can also be opened as normal for emptying or maintenance. The Turn-Assist system in no way hinders the operator, as it is barely larger than a work place cabinet and - as already stated - can be placed completely next TO the machine-opening (patented).

Automatically exchangeable grippers

Our software proposes which type of gripper (or which gripper fingers) should be used. Our implementation using 'fixed grippers' allows an operator to replace these within seconds.

Large variety in work piece dimensions in a compact location.

The Turn-Assist system does not use incremental panels but a unique patented servo-operated stacking table, which helps to realise optimum use of space for varying work piece sizes. No matter what the dimensions of the to-be-machined piece (Ø23mm to Ø250mm), they fit perfectly on the stacking table (patented).
