Suitable for all brands of CNC milling machines
The unique design of the Mill-Assist C System is suitable for all brands of 3/5 axed CNC milling machines (existing as well as new CNC machines).
Very compact and space-saving solution
Only little extra space is needed, which enables an easy integration of the Mill-Assist Conveyor in your current work environment. As little as 1 additional meter next to and in front of the machine is ample room. Furthermore, both left and right positioning are possible.
Quality state-of-the-art design
The conveyor consists of a descending supply belt, which automatically supplies raw components and a . horizontal discharge belt, which automatically discharges finished components. Both conveyors have been constructed with sustainable and hard-wearing synthetic links.
Suitable for different sizes of work pieces
The automated division of the supply conveyor and the automated smart positioning of the work pieces do no longer require you to have grid plates custom-made. Moreover, there is no need to make further programming in function of the work piece size. Simply place the raw components – big or small – on the conveyor.
Maximum efficiency
The continuous supply of raw components allows your CNC milling machine to run optimally, which means you can get a maximum efficiency out of your machinery.
Large capacity without further programming
Capacity for large working pieces is automatically tuned to the machine capacity, without any additional programming.
Fully automated
The system can be programmed extremely (only a few minutes). After this, your CNC milling machine and your Mill-Assist Conveyor will work autonomously. You will only need to replenish the raw components. The Mill Assist will subsequently ensure that the robot will unload the finished components on the discharge belt. All this will happen fully automatically, without any interference of the operator.
