Introduction

In recent years, we have seen that the machining industry is facing great challenges: salary costs have risen tremendously in recent years. It's increasingly difficult to recruit CNC operators, and series sizes have decreased while delivery timeframes have shortened.

RoboJob has lived these experiences itself in its sister company Aluro CNC. This experience, together with 40 years of know-how in machine building, have allowed us to develop appropriate solutions which could bring new life to the machining industry.

RoboJob ensures that turning and milling of small and medium-sized series becomes profitable once again. The Turn Assist and Mill Assist are integrated solutions which enable the automatic loading and unloading of turning and milling machines. Both systems can be used for a wide range of dimensions (standard ø 5 to 400 mm) and weights (up until 700 kg).

More spindle hours with fewer man hours

The implementation of a RoboJob system will fundamentally reduce the salary costs for machining and significantly increase the number of spindle hours, with substantially less working hours.

CNC-operatoren can focus on their creative tasks again

The RoboJob systems do not require any specific robot knowledge. The extremely user-friendly graphical interface allows all of our systems to be operated easily and intuitively. Moreover, the tasks of CNC operators becomes much more attractive, since your CNC machines will be loaded and unloaded automatically. Operators can focus on the work preparations, the programmation of the next machine and quality control.
