The unique design of the Mill-Assist E System is suitable for all brands of CNC milling machines (existing as well as new CNC machines).

Replacement time less than 5 minutes

The interface of the Mill-Assist E system is characterized by its user-friendly operation. It has been designed for and by the environment of CNC-operators; no specific robot knowledge is required. All possible components can be set up in less than 5 minutes, and all configuration data can be stored; this information is clearly displayed for repeat assignments, with configuration data being automatically loaded.

Compact and space-saving installation

The Mill-Assist E system can be set up in two ways: ‘Front set-up’ (in front of the machine) or Side set-up’ (to the left or right of the CNC machine). In both cases the machine-opening remains completely free, thus the normal operation of the operator is not obstructed. The chippings collection tray can be easily removed.

A safe solution

Security based on a peripheral scanner can replace disturbing fencing. For the ‘side set-up’, you can either choose a transparent screen with sliding doors, or an open entrance guarded using a light curtain.

Polyvalent automatic versatile grippers

Because of the unique ‘’Cube’’ gripper concept yan can quickly attach various types of grippers. This concept is suitable for both adjustable clamp and vacuum grippers, so all types of work pieces can be gripped.

Large variety of work pieces on a compact place

The Mill-Assist E system does not use grid plates, but it uses a unique configurable and patented input and reception plate. This plate is utmost suitable for small and medium-sized series from ø23mm up to ø450mm. 3 pins are sufficient to position a block-shaped component.
